Responsibilities include:
- Develop and leverage key relationships and partnerships across campus to further develop and broaden awareness of CIT’s services and to develop best practices.
- Develop and implement education and awareness-raising outreach campaigns to campus community about enterprise instructional technology tools and services and their pedagogically informed use, including technology accessibility.
- Share with campus community relevant new tool functions and features through communications channels such as instructor listserv, campus committees and departmental meetings, the department website, and social media.
- Lead faculty and instructor consultation efforts to meet instructional technology needs.
- Represent faculty and academic interests in collaborating with and assisting the user support services team and other technical staff.
- Evaluate and make recommendations for new instructional technologies.
- Manage and mentor the Education and Outreach team members providing support and guidance to develop their individual professional growth.

- Administrator and instructor for People.ua.edu, an online faculty and graduate student website platform consisting of 900+ live sites. Key responsibilities and accomplishments include:
- All training including webinars, workshops, one-on-one sessions, and a comprehensive website containing step by step guides and video tutorials.
- Serve as Applications Manager handling all vendor and client communications.
- Maintain analytics and monthly reports.
- Coordinate development of new themes with web developer and graphic designer.
- Instructor for Flip (formerly Flipgrid), an asynchronous collaboration tool. Conduct training webinars, face-to-face workshops and develop documentation for integrating Flip into faculty curriculum.
- Instructor for Zoom, a virtual web conferencing tool. Provide training webinars and documentation helping students, staff, and faculty incorporate Zoom into their work life and/or courses.
Previous work responsibilities in this role include:
- Instructor and administrator for VoiceThread, an asynchronous collaboration tool. Conduct training webinars, face-to-face workshops and develop documentation for integrating VoiceThread into faculty curriculum. UA has moved fromVoiceThread to Flipgrid in 2020.
- Provided training and support for WordPress, a website building platform utilized by many UA departments. Created and maintain a general manual, often adding customized pages for individualized client needs.
- Managed student assistants, encouraging development of skills in administration, writing web content and creative web design.
